- Deep sleep/stress: lie on the mat on your back (direct skin contact on a soft surface such as a bed for best results) in the evening or before bed for 20 to 30 minutes
- Pain relief: (from back pain, sciatica, spinal arthritis, pinched nerve, stress tension and planter fasciitis); apply mat to area of pain for 25 minutes
- Tip: roll it back on itself or place a pillow under it to help apply pressure of the stimulation points to the painful area
- Energy boost/relax feet: stand on mat (with or without socks) 5 to 10 min for a wave of energy throughout the body and to make tired feet feel new again
- Muscle recovery: apply it against any sore muscle group after working out
- Meditation: lie on it on your back at the end of yoga or while meditating to deepen your state of calm
