ALL PERMANENT JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL-NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AFTER THE PIECE IS WELDED.
- WE USE HIGH-QUALITY 14K GOLD, STERLING SILVER, AND GOLD-FILLED MATERIALS; HOWEVER, NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR MAY OCCUR OVER TIME .

IF YOUR JEWELRY BREAKS WITHIN 30 DAYS FOLLOWING PURCHASE, WE WILL PERFORM 1 FREE RE-WELD-MUST SAVE CHAIN.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR APPROVING THEIR CHAIN SELECTION AND SIZING BEFORE WELDING.
- ONCE WELDED, THE SIZE CANNOT BE ADJUSTED WITHOUT CUTTING AND RE-WELDING, WHICH MAY INCUR A FEE.
